Strongman Circuit

At lunchtime today I did a massive strongman workout with Tony from Marke Fitness. It was tough but I managed 5 sets and I’m pretty pleased with myself!

  1. Log Lift (push press above head)
  2. Farmer’s Walk
  3. Prowler
  4. Kettle Bell Swings
  5. Tyre Flips
  6. Walking Lunges
