Sat in a lounge at Copenhagen Airport waiting for a flight back to London. I’ve spent the last couple of days in a small town called Karlskrona in Sweden. Beautiful place situated next to a lake. The offices I’ve been working in overlook the lake and rate as one of the most beautiful setting for an office that I’ve had the pleasure of working in. The only thing that comes close is some of the office blocks I’ve been in in Sydney. The Sydney view was breathtaking and the Swedish one was beautiful, two subtly different feelings.
Five quid for a pint of Heineken was a bit steep, but not far off what I’ve paid in parts of Switzerland and France (okay the France one was halfway up a mountain at a ski resort!). The Heineken still doesn’t taste good either!
Looking forward to getting home and my week off next week is the light at the end of the tunnel.
